Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 8:00AM Just heard about cold brewing today. Toddy's exclusive cold-water brewing process allegedly leaves behind undesirable bitter acids and oils in coffee, brewing smooth coffee that's better for sensitive stomachs. I'm curious to try it, as I'm a little dubious that coffee will taste as good with cold brewing. Plus making a batch of concentrate to stick in the fridge kinda grosses me out. But who's to say we've been doing it right with hot water the past several centuries. A demonstration by Seattle's Best Coffee:
Never been a fan of Seattle's Best Coffee but they were on the right track with a how-to video on their YouTube channel. Too bad they didn't keep it up. Creating how-to/instructional/educational videos with your expertise is a great way to promote your brand and find more followers on YouTube.

Interesting. If you decide to try the cold brewing thing, maybe you could follow up with your thoughts.
Maybe if they sell a smaller one. $37.50 is an expensive experiement!
